Right hear. Right now.RockNet products now shipping - new software to be introduced at AES Convention in New York. New York, USA, October 1, 2007 --- Arnd Janus, CEO states: Media Numerics is happy to announce that the RockNet300 audio networking products will be available, and in stock, to ship from the new metro NYC area distribution center in November 2007. The new distribution service in Valley Cottage, NY will be stocking a large selection of all RockNet devices as the 1st production run is completed end of October. Along with inventory we have been completing the selection of independent representatives in key area throughout the US and the appointment of several sound companies, dealers and contractors. We are excited that the product has been widely accepted in the anticipation of this initial release. In all, we would happily say that RockNet has finally arrived! In other areas Media Numerics will be exhibiting the RockNet products in a full working demonstration at the AES Convention, booth 649. Included in the offering will be the showing of the system remote control software named RockWorks. We see the release of this product as a bonus for those clients who seek remote operation. Matthias Knoth, CTO describes the software: RockWorks is a real time management system for RockNet and enhances the remote operation of complex wide spread networks. Each RockNet device can be monitored and configured onscreen and replicates the front panel operation. RockWorks provides remote channel parameter control and enables labeling of each device and channel within the network. The software provides alarm indications and allows network-wide default reset of channel parameters and naming.
